1.Open mozilla,import chrome bookmarks to it

2.save those bookmarks as a json file to your pc

3.re-install windows and or browsers if you need

4.open mozilla, import bookmarks.json file to mozilla first

5. then, open chrome & import your bookmarks from mozilla
